Returns and EU Consumer Rights

We fully comply with European Union laws regarding online purchases. You are eligible to return products within 14 days of receiving them, in accordance with EU consumer protection laws.

Conditions for Returns:

Products must be returned in their original, unopened packaging. Items must be unused and in the same condition as received. All original packaging materials and documentation must be included. Custom-made items that have been unpacked or used cannot be returned unless defective.

Quality Assurance

Every sculpture undergoes rigorous quality control before shipping. If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us immediately with photographic evidence, and we will arrange a replacement or full refund.
